CNC Machining

As a leading contract machining company, DMP maintains several in-house CNC machining centers. The ability of CNC technology to execute faster run times while still matching exact specifications has made CNC machining centers invaluable to our job shop. CNC automation allows the experienced professionals on our staff to produce a higher volume of quality parts which achieve extremely close dimensional tolerances. CNC milling as well as CNC turning are available. After being accurately programmed by one of our experienced operators both CNC turning and CNC milling centers can run unattended, which allows DMP operators to give more attention to non-automated portions of the production manufacturing process.

Tube Bending and Endforming

Two important components of Deerfield Machine Part's contract manufacturing capabilities are tube bending and tube endforming. DMP specializes in bending tubes that are 1⁄2 inch or less in diameter. Our job shop is equipped to perform rotary draw bending, capable of producing angles up to 180 degrees, and compression bending, able to produce tighter turns in the tube. Deerfield Machine Parts also houses endforming equipment which allows for the creation of specific end shapes in the tube product. From beading and swaging to single flaring, double flaring, and more, DMP is able to create the exact tube end necessary for your product or subsystem.
